Casey, I apologize for the bad experience. I checked the records and the Jeep you purchased did in fact go through our thorough 172-point inspection with all maintenance updated per the vehicle maintenance schedule. The inspection was performed at 57,904 miles on December 22,2022. I see you purchased the Jeep approximately 3 months later on March 28, 2023 or approximately 8 months ago. I don't know how many miles you have now but assuming you drive average miles it is perhaps mid 60's to 70k? It's impossible for us to predict what may fail at some point in the future. On a pre-owned vehicle, we address any deficiencies that are present during 172-point inspection before putting it on the lot for sale. If we can't make it right, we do not sell it. I would appreciate the courtesy of a phone call or just drop by and see me if you have future concerns that we might be able to help with. I assume you've already repaired the vehicle.
