Ethan was our first contact with Patt Lobb and was very quick to respond and we were able to get a test drive ready for us with little notice ahead of time. Throughout our time with him, both test driving quick to respond and we were able to get a test drive ready for us with little notice ahead of time. Throughout our time with him, both test driving and purchasing the vehicle the whole process was smooth because of his helpfulness, honesty, and fun wit. He wasn't pushy, nor demanding and that helped keep the process stress free. Braden was accommodating and friendly and made the process a complete pleasure. He was patient in explaining everything to us and maintained a professional but fun demeanor that helped an otherwise stressful situation (car-buying in general) be as easy as a conversation over coffee. It was great working with Ethan G. He assisted me with the process of getting my car. I appreciated his honesty and his ability to convey information about the RAV4 that I was interest He assisted me with the process of getting my car. I appreciated his honesty and his ability to convey information about the RAV4 that I was interested in. Throughout the entire process, Ethan was very patient and professional in working with us. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions about the car. On our request, he showed us a model car and answered our questions. The day I got my car, Ethan sat with us and helped me get my entertainment system set up before I left with the car.The film on one of the windows of car had also bubbled up. He told us that we could come back in some days to fix that issue. I would highly recommend Ethan to any friends who are looking to buy a car at Toyota. More
