My bed cover still rattles I have had issues with my be cover rattling since it was installed. Ben Davis and corrected the issue each time. Ben Davus did a good job of linking my phone and servicing my car. The price was fair and less than quoted. I sure wish they had the air filter needed on hand or had gotten one nearby since I now servicing my car. The price was fair and less than quoted. Positive reviews come easily in the after glow of a new car buying experience. The reviews that matter most may come later. My purchasing experience with Ben Davis was good. I got the vehicle I thought I wanted on terms that suited me. Forty-four months later the experience was different. Eight months after my warranty expired I found corrosion developing. I contacted the sales agent that sold me the vehicle and he tried to be helpful in directing me to others within the dealership. The condition was examined and referred to the general manager. He decided Ben Davis could offer no help remedying the problem and assigned a youngster to deliver the news. Apparently I simply gambled on a new Chevrolet from Ben Davis, lost the bet, and that was that as far as the dealership was concerned. More
