Extremely helpful, even came to our house to help us with the electronics in the 2018 BMW X-3 for my wife. The first inservice was a bit overwhelming at our age. I was so impressed, that after I bought my wife the new 2018 BMW X-3, my intention was not getting rid of my personal 4 door sedan Acura RL. The new BMW, and the sales people of Daniels are superb, to the point, I quickly decided to sell my Acura and bought another X-3, this time a 2019. The only condition was, it could not be the same color as my wife's vehicle:(. Thus in less than a year, I purchased 2 separate X-3 s from Mr. Kukuy. I also need to mention and give kudos to Mr. Clint Peters, same great personality, pleasant, smiling and always willing to help with any questions I may have. If the sales folks continue in this tract, they will be selling many more BMWs, if the quality remains the same or improves. I notice more and more of these vehicles on the road in the Allentown area. More

Ashley was also very helpful with making all the paperwork go smoothly so that pick up took minimal time. Ashley presented the car well and used her extensive knowledge of the on board computer features to assist in getting me started with entering personal preferences before sending me happily on my way.
