Kendal was very friendly and helpful. She provided all the information I needed/wanted on the Legacy that I was interested in to try and make my decision. She allowed me time to think it over without making me feel rushed or pressured. The entire team made me feel as they all wanted to help and the purchase was smooth and fast. I ended up coming in on an unplanned day and Markeyce was able to help me as I showed up on Kendal off day. He made sure the manager knew I had been working with Kendal but ensured me they would get me taken care of and in the vehicle I wanted. The buying process was smooth as they didn’t waste my time low balling me on my trade and gave me fair numbers up front and we were able to move forward and purchase the vehicle. My husband and I had a great experience buying our 2022 Subaru Outback Limited. We were greeted by Jesse and he helped us reserve the car we wanted.
