Service Advisor E Plott (EP) took me into his workload at the spur-of-the-moment when my scheduled service advisor (A Bejar) called out for family emergency. EP fit me into his workload and got my service n the spur-of-the-moment when my scheduled service advisor (A Bejar) called out for family emergency. I requested a "Green" Service with oil & filter change using motor oil I supplied, and installation of new PVC Valve and Ventilation Hose I, which I also supplied. I'm satisfied with the work performed by the service technician, but slightly disappointed the unused oil I supplied was not returned to me so I could use it for "topping-off" between oil changes; I supplied 6 quarts of full synthetic 5w-30 motor oil, oil change with filter requires 5.5 quarts. A dipstick check after returning home showed oil level was overfilled. More
