They didn’t put my old tires in my vehicle possibly lost them. I get my tires back and they were directional tires and they put them on in the wrong direction and they put the running boards on and they look like they came from a flood zone so they’re not even that clean so I also have to go back to get my front windshield re-tinted because they messed up so it’s just a whole runaround about everything More

As I work for a family owned independent shop in the Las Vegas valley, I always return for Jordan Santos as he was my service advisor for a couple years now. The only downside of the experience.. when I picked up after hours… I notice it was parked in front of customers parking and I assume somebody else's car door ding my driver rear door and left a small dent. Other than that the service advisors I worked with are professional and hope to have them again for any future services. More
