Friendly service representative used a new automated procedure to intake me at my car, not needing to use his work station. Services on my car were completed ahead of schedule. The service representative handled payment, eliminating standing in line at the cashier. Overall a great service experience! More

My car was at Toyota for over a month and they claimed they couldn’t hear the noise I explained. I went to pick up my car and the very first time I started my car, it made the noise I was explaining! You’ they couldn’t hear the noise I explained. I went to pick up my car and the very first time I started my car, it made the noise I was explaining! You’re telling me it didn’t do that for an entire month!? No chance. I also gave them a video of the squeak it was making as I was driving. Again, they say they didn’t hear anything. I have a video of me driving my car the day I picked it up with the xxxx squeak! Absolutely terrible. More

I had an outstanding experience with Findlay Toyota Service Center. The service advisor was excellent and carefully listened to my needs. He was thorough, friendly, and on-point. I greatly appreciate Service Center. The service advisor was excellent and carefully listened to my needs. He was thorough, friendly, and on-point. I greatly appreciated the high-tech approach at this service center with things like the maintenance tech sending me pics of the work he was doing, what he recommended, and the ease of me approving repairs with a tap from my phone. Was also able to pay from my phone. Simply put, it was the easiest, most outstanding service experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back! More
