Ethan was awesome! Came in for an oil change and he saw that I had two recalls, one for my extra key fob and one for airbags. He was able to get me a rental and helped Came in for an oil change and he saw that I had two recalls, one for my extra key fob and one for airbags. He was able to get me a rental and helped me bring my car seats over while my car was getting fixed. Everyone at the rental was friendly as well. More

Ethan Plott was exceptional in my recent service on January 2nd. He texted me at 6:40 am to let me know they were going to start looking at my Venza. Findlay Toyota has been my preferred choice for servicing my Toyota vehicles due to their attentive staff. However, during my latest visit, I felt like an inconvenience when I requested prepaid services and my Toyota vehicles due to their attentive staff. However, during my latest visit, I felt like an inconvenience when I requested prepaid services and declined additional suggestions that turned out unnecessary. I encountered issues with obtaining information about my roadside assistance included in my prepaid package, as the staff directed me to contact Toyota myself. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the agent was busy, and I was quickly sent between the cashier and the agent without receiving the promised information. Feeling unwelcome, I chose to leave and resolve the matter on my own. This was my first negative experience at Findlay Toyota, and while I’m returning due to my prepaid package, I would consider other service options otherwise. More
