Tried to give Findlay Toyota Service the benefit of the doubt. Took my new vehicle there for maintenance on one occasion bolts were missing from my skid plate and oil was splattered on the inside of my eng doubt. Understandable that people make mistakes try it again and then less than 1000 miles. My oil cap was missing reached out to the dealer for assistance and the dealer blew me off and ignored my emails.
