Very happy with Max. He was a great salesman. Purchased a yukon. Ethan Stykeman nearly cost them a sale! Ethan told us in the parking lot that he would have a portion of He was a great salesman. Purchased a yukon. Ethan Stykeman nearly cost them a sale! Ethan told us in the parking lot that he would have a portion of a seat replaced that had a small tear when we pointed it out. Hadn't even driven it yet so no discussion of whether we were paying cash or financing independently or through them. When we did sit down to talk deal their interest rate was ridiculous for our excellent credit so we told them we would come back next day with our own financing if all terms still good next day. Told us yes. We obtained financing at less than 1/2 their rate. Next day day called Max stating we were ready to bring the check to purchase pending seat repair. Max made call to Ethan and Ethan told him that he would not repair seat unless we financed through them!!! I then talked to Ethan explaining that he never mentioned seat repair only if financing through them. At the time he promised repair he didn't know whether we were paying cash or finance. He said that is how they make money by financing the vehicle! Then he said they need people like us with excellent credit to help those who don't!!! WHAT??? That had nothing to do with a promise that he backed out on! We were very close to not purchasing from them based on Ethans unprofessionalism. He didn't stand behind his word & was very arrogant. We did purchase the vehicle because we liked it & Max treated us with respect & not pushy. After purchase I informed Ethan how close HE came to losing a sale based on his attitude & being deceitful. Hopefully he will learn from this & do business in an honest manner. More

I contacted Colin by e-mail and told him exactly what I was looking for and within minutes he contacted me about 2 vehicles.
