There was an extensive list of service to be performed at 6 years and Prestige informed me that it might take more than 1 day (car was ready by 9:00 am the following day). The technician texted me a video my car and the work being done. This included an inspection of the old spark plugs, filters, undercarriage of the car, etc... I didn't expect this and it was a nice touch. My car was washed prior to being returned to me, another nice touch. The Prestige employees I worked with were friendly and professional. More
