I purchased a used car over the internet from a gentleman named Val at Indy Auto Man. The car was represented to me as being an excellent condition with no damage and I had requested any pictures of anythin named Val at Indy Auto Man. The car was represented to me as being an excellent condition with no damage and I had requested any pictures of anything that was wrong with the car from a cosmetic standpoint. I was told I would be completely satisfied with the vehicle and that it was in almost new used condition. These were all lies. When the car was delivered I walked around the car only to find cosmetic blemish after cosmetic blemish on the vehicle. All four wheels had lots of peeling clear coat that was very visible. There was a huge scratch on the front bumper and quite a few rock chips in the hood and front bumper. The convertible top had a distinct sag in the headliner and the parallel parking right side mirror that goes down when you put it in reverse would go down but wouldn't come back up. The factory floor mats or any floor mats for that matter were not in the car. This dealership lies to you to sell cars. I went as far as to contact the dealership and tell him how to satisfied I was with the description of the car they gave me versus what was actually delivered and what it would cost me to fix the items that were not working. The gentleman on the other end of the phone wanted to argue with me about the length of time it took me to call instead of trying to take care of me and said he would have a different manager contact me back who never did. My experience with Indy Auto Man was horrible. My husband and I brought a truck from and Indy Auto MAN and 35 days later had a 3000 repair done and two weeks later a 2700 repair done. Guess what it husband and I brought a truck from and Indy Auto MAN and 35 days later had a 3000 repair done and two weeks later a 2700 repair done. Guess what it back in the shop again with over a 1000 repair. Only had the truck for a little over 90 days. This is a 40,000 truck that they sold us! OH, let not talk about the warrant that they sold us. ( it was not the one my husband said he wanted )When the check engine light came on he took it back and they did not want to fix and told us to go to GMC to have them to look at it. We ask them to help with paying for repair ( that would be the right thing to do ) or take the truck back. Instead of doing the right thing , they wanted us to trade the truck in and be up side down on a new loan. This place is unbelievable and I feel like we was scam out of 40,000. All we wanted was for Indy Auto Man to stand behind there vehicles . More

I got pre-approved for a loan through my credit union, but the finance guy at IAM was able to get me approved through a different credit union with a interest rate 2.4% lower than I had been quoted. Mike in sales was great. He made the process so easy and was patient with the million questions I had. I’m confident that I couldn’t have gotten a better deal on the same car anywhere else.
