The reason for the 3 stars only is because I had an issue with a service that was performed there that ended up in a transmission replacement after an expensive towing service, that I had to cover. The vehic with a service that was performed there that ended up in a transmission replacement after an expensive towing service, that I had to cover. The vehicle has never been anywhere else but there, with all of its maintenance completed on time and it’s a 2023 vehicle. Although I did not had to pay for the transmission, this situation hinders my trust on the level of service this dealer is able to provide and my comfort level when it comes to feeling that Im driving a safe and reliable vehicle. I can not help but keep wondering when it’s going to be the next time the vehicle will break again? This has nothing to do with the service advisor, in fact the only reason why i continue to go is because Eugene Hall, who has been my service advisor since i purchased the vehicle is the one person that i trust my vehicle to. Unfortunately the day this happened he wasn’t there, even though the appointment was with him, I know the story would’ve been different. He takes care of following up not only with the customer, but with the people actually doing the service, which makes a HUGE difference. Im just very disappointed and un-trusty of my vehicle because of this. More

FRAUD ALERT: UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES & RECALL NEGLIGENCE I am a Nurse Manager who holds my staff to high standards of integrity. This dealership has none. 1. UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES (Violation o NEGLIGENCE I am a Nurse Manager who holds my staff to high standards of integrity. This dealership has none. 1. UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES (Violation of FL Stat 559.909): I verbally authorized a $189 diagnostic. I was never provided a written estimate. Despite this, I was billed $3,285.76. I did not authorize this massive increase. The dealership processed the charge without my consent. My bank is currently reversing this transaction. 2. FAKE "SAFETY" THREATS: The Service Advisor claimed my car was entering "limp mode" to coerce me into unrequested repairs. I scanned the vehicle myself with an OBD2 reader: ZERO error codes found. The threat was a fabrication. 3. RECALL NEGLIGENCE: While charging me for unauthorized fuel system repairs, the Service Department failed to perform active NHTSA Safety Recall 23V-858 (Fuel Pump) on my VIN. They prioritized an illegal upsell over mandatory federal safety compliance. 4. PERFORMATIVE SERVICE: "Customer Relations" posted a public reply to my Google review, asking me to email them. I did. They never replied. It was a stunt to look good online. THE OUTCOME: I have reported this location to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture (Case #2601-00194), NHTSA (Case #11708480), and the FTC. Avoid this dealership if you value your safety and your wallet. More

We had car stall while driving 2 yrs ago. Almost in a wreck. Dealer out of state and here couldn't figure out problem. Fast forward recall on fuel pump that cause you to stall while driving. Almost in a wreck. Dealer out of state and here couldn't figure out problem. Fast forward recall on fuel pump that cause you to stall while driving. Discussions on forums last year recall notice in jan. Honda corporate says fuel pump not available until fall unless problem. Started asking local for replacement based upon prior near accident. They say I'm on a priority list. Corporate says nothing ordered for me. And the kicker is that unless I have another near accident I have to wait until fall. I will never buy another honda again. I explained that I'm a nurse and single mom of a 10-year-old with autism. I work an hour from home and needed to make sure I could get to and from work and get to my son if needed. I was a sold my first car. Within 3 days the check engine light came on. By the time I got to the dealership, it had gone off. They wouldn't look at the car, saying it was fine now. I had no choice but to leave without having my car looked at. The next time I drove it, the auto stop feature caused the entire car to shut down. When it kicked on, I had to put the car in park and restart the ignition. This caused me to be unable to get out of the way and a minor collision occurred. I had the car towed back to the dealership. The first call I got said there was nothing wrong with it. The next call I got said they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. After about a couple weeks they called and said the car was fixed. I went to pick it up. While sitting in their parking lot, the car stalled out then kept trying to restart itself without me touching anything. I was told they'd look at it again. At this point I went to the general manager. He asked me to give him until Tuesday to figure out what was wrong with the car. On Thursday I messaged him. He asked me if I hadn't heard from the service department. I was a little shocked he hadn't followed up with them but told him no. He told me to come back in. I went back to the dealership the next day, so sick I could barely sit up straight. I was given another car to test drive that was a year older. When I asked if we could just cancel the whole deal, I was told no. I basically had two choices. I could take the car that had three issues in a month or take this other car. I told him I was scared of their cars after the last one and all the issues. He assured me this new one was great. I test drive it with the sales guy. While not thrilled, I didn't see what choice I had. I asked the sales guy about the tires and he told me it had brand new tires on it. I expressed my concern about my credit getting dinged again and was told it wasn't a problem, they still had my credit report on file, so that wouldn't happen. As we got inside, the story changed. My credit got dinged again, as they pulled a whole new application for this car. I went home and said the xxxx with it. A few weeks later, I get a call that the financing department messed up and I needed to switch my lender to a different lender. I went back in and asked again if we could just cancel the whole thing, because I had zero faith in this dealership at this point. I was told l, again, that it couldn't be cancelled, that I would own either this current car or the last car. I signed the papers to switch my lender. I then took this car to MY mechanic. He informed me that my "brand new" tires were 8 years old and rotting and that there were issues with the passenger airbag. He said both were safety issues. I messaged the dealership. The first response was that there was 4 inches of tread on them, which, apparently, is all their safety requirements are. It doesn't matter if they're rotting, splitting, and out of date. Really high standards for your "Tru car certification". After me complaining further, their solution was to have me bring the car back to them and they'd "check the cost" of some tires. First, the cost shouldn't be an issue. You sold me an unsafe car. If you checked the treads, you saw the date, the rot, and the splitting, so you knew you were selling me car that the tire could blow on. Second, I wouldn't trust your service department to put gas in my car, after all the times I've been told a car is fixed or safe. I left a message for Morgan group asking for someone above the GM to contact me. I've never heard anything back from them. More
