News flash, that old car is still running well for my son and has about 300,000 on it now. I saw a new management was in place and, better sales folks and kinder employees. ??? Don’t know your politics, but something sure turned things around there. My new CRV is doing well and the service advisor I had is a dude that’s helped me for years and we had a good laugh about my old car being alive and well. He can take credit for that until your service manager took over and wouldn’t authorize work on my old car! Anyway, my last session went well and the recalls were taken care of. One thing; if you expect your mechanic to be efficient back in the garage downloading stuff too folks vehicles , get a better wi fi systems and set up some routers for them. My mechanic had trouble getting enough connections to download the updates I needed. More

Went in to have my car serviced and washed. I was treated very disrespectful. Honda of Gainesville doesn't care about their customers. Went next door to Nissan and was treated very respectful b I was treated very disrespectful. Honda of Gainesville doesn't care about their customers. Fantastic Experience Matt Wadiak and I drove all the way from the Orlando area to Gainesville to trade in my old vehicle and get a new one. We arrived close to 7pm (their closing time is 8pm) but everyone there was very accommodating and stayed late pass their closing time to service us. Alagie Manneh, especially, took the time to go over every detail and functionality of the car with me and answered all our questions. Matt Like was an absolute pleasure to work with as well. MY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE AT HONDA OF GAINESVILLE I stopped in at Honda of Gainesville with my wife and daughter to look at the new Honda Accord. My daughter recently graduated from college and we wan I stopped in at Honda of Gainesville with my wife and daughter to look at the new Honda Accord. My daughter recently graduated from college and we wanted to help her begin her career with a nice vehicle. I have not had very pleasant buying experiences in Gainesville so my expectations were very low when I entered the lot. I was just intending to look at the vehicle that my daughter liked and compare with like models in other locations like Orlando, Tallahassee etc. where I have had good buying experiences. We were immediately met by a car salesman that would not just let me look without his assistance (my wife and daughter liked this). The salesman was Alagie Manneh, and he was professional from the start to the finish. I know the limitations of Sales personnel and I don't like wasting my time haggling over sticker price, invoice price etc. At the appropriate time the proper personnel were brought in to make a deal. A fair deal was made and my daughter and her husband are the proud owners of a Honda Accord Purchased from Honda of Gainesville. Based on my previous experiences looking for vehicles and services in Gaineslville I Certainly did not see this coming!!! Thank you Matt and Alagie!!! More

However, Mike was very helpful and we spent the entire first day test driving a slew of vehicles until I found the one that I was drawn to. They helped me through the whole process of trying to figure out my finances and get a monthly payment that I could afford and be happy with. They ended up getting me an excellent interest rate and a great price on the car. Mike and Julio are extremely friendly, down to earth, and personable. They make you feel like you're taken care of.
