Complicated Difficult and Miserable should be their slogan. Poor communication, top down. Expectations, that we were assured to expect, were not fulfilled. Could not use my new van for five days beca slogan. Poor communication, top down. Expectations, that we were assured to expect, were not fulfilled. Could not use my new van for five days because there was no follow-through with the service orders that were supposed to have been implemented while the car sat the dealership for seven days. Pre paid in full and beyond nothing in communication, crickets, on pickup day and prior. We had to call THEM. Service department said they had no record of our upgrade requests. Zero employees had the same understanding…each contradicting what we were told by the prior. Such a very miserable experience. More

Good dealership and nice people. I went in to get oil change and asked them to check why my car was burning through oil. Instead of telling before my appointment they told me they w I went in to get oil change and asked them to check why my car was burning through oil. Instead of telling before my appointment they told me they wouldnt help me. I bought the car there and they didnt try to help because it wasnt a KIA car. Not a big deal but wouldve been nice to know they couldnt help before my appointment. It was a free oil change and i am greatful for the free ones. More
