I'm a pretty picky shopper and knew exactly what I wanted. Finn was determined to find a vehicle for me and worked pleasantly and tirelessly to do so. Then I threw him a couple of curves by changing m wanted. Finn was determined to find a vehicle for me and worked pleasantly and tirelessly to do so. Then I threw him a couple of curves by changing my mind on the colors and the options but he was undaunted. It took some searching by Finn and some clout and connections by Charles but I was behind the wheel of my new Mercedes 2 business days after they located it in another state. Eugene was a master with all the paperwork and Jason acquainted me so well with all the details and options that I may remember half of it and not have to call him for a few weeks for a refresher course on the many, many things this vehicle can do. Great job guys and thanks for welcoming me so warmly to the Mercedes-Benz family. More

Once we did decided to purchased the car (SUV) the sales manager worked with us in getting us the best deal possible (USAA member), once we were happy the finance manager was great in providing options and not trying to force you to buy something you don't want or need so he can make a commission. A+ in my book and will def go back there to buy our next cars. More
