I recently brought a 2021 X6 from BMW of Tenafly, and my sales associate, Euna Wilson, was SUPERB!! As a woman walking into car dealerships, sometimes I feel as Im a lonely fish surrounded by hungry sha sales associate, Euna Wilson, was SUPERB!! As a woman walking into car dealerships, sometimes I feel as Im a lonely fish surrounded by hungry sharks. I was hesitant at first purchasing my car, working with Euna was less stressful. She was professional, patient, detail oriented, and last but no least, very knowledgeable. Not only was Ms Wilson courteous, she understood what I was looking for and never pushing any specific vehicle or options on me that I did not discuss. Ms Wilson did a little “hand holding” never getting frustrated and explained to me about the warranties, and options vs leasing and financing programs. Euna was also great at following up with me. She made sure I understood all the various features and all of my questions I had after delivery, were all answered. Also- Stephen “Superman Steve” Hourican did an amazing job as well. I had a little issue with my company’s corporate fleet program and Steve assisting me getting my corporate discount, making sure I received my discount. If you are looking to purchase a BMW, I would absolutely look upon Euna Wilson at BMW of Tenafly to assist you. More

It was outstanding and I would recommend the dealership (and have) and also would tell you to ask for Euna Wilson - she is the best!! She is professional, positive and pleasant. She knows the product and is enthusiastic about the BMW product and brand. When an employee feels good about their job - it shows and she is that person. She believes in each person having the best experience and she does just that. She is busy but her follow up and answering questions is on point. She represents the dealership and BMW so well. If it was not for her, I would no longer be a BMW customer. The other dealership I had leased my cars from did not value the customer and did not follow up consistently so going to a dealership out of the state of my residence or place of employment means that they are doing a good job and worth the travel and they are! She is thorough and eager to make sure the customer is satisfied in the selection of the car you want and customer service. I spent 2-3+ months looks are various cars around the northeast, from a wide variety of different dealers, and I can honestly say that Euna is the best of the best - I won't be a car from anyone else. Take it from me, if you're considering purchasing a car at this dealer (primarily from Euna Wilson), do it, you will not regret it!
