The salesman are very nice over there but I didn’t think about this until afterwards that I bought a hybrid vehicle and they did not have it charged at all so I never got to see that part of the car meaning about this until afterwards that I bought a hybrid vehicle and they did not have it charged at all so I never got to see that part of the car meaning how it drove. I’ve never had an electric car so I know nothing about them. I still don’t know how to charge my car or where to charge it. I have not once driven the car in electric mode yet. It just bugs me that purchasing a car is one of the most expensive purchases that people make in their life and your lucky if you leave the dealership in a clean car with not even a quarter tank of gas and the car has not been charged at all. Then to top it off when I came back to get the license plates put on they only put 1 screw in when putting them on. I actually realized this after someone stopped next to me at a light and told me license plate looked like it was about to come off. Like really guys you couldn’t even put my license plate in correctly. These are a few things that have been bothering me when I purchased my last vehicle there. I would still go back to them but will be more vocal about my expectations cuz honestly if they don’t step up on how they deliver a purchased vehicle (new or used) to you then I will look elsewhere cuz their is 10+ dealerships right behind them that want my money too and will do these things without me even having to ask. More
