It took way too long. 2 weeks plus a couple of days. We had to rent a car so the value we saw in using the dealership was negated. I didn't feel that the service was up 2 weeks plus a couple of days. When we picked it up, the sunrider top was not correctly latched which I discovered as I was driving home. Jimmy was irritating from the first contact and was not very communicative with us. It never took more than a day to get warranty work approved, but for Jimmy it took 5 or so days. We were given (and charged for) an oil change - I told Jimmy that it was just done. Eva graciously took care of that for us. More

I personally love the service center at Kunes Woodstock. They are always making sure that the unconvince of getting your car serviced as convenient as possible. They have gone out of their way to keep me updated and in a loaner when needed. This is very important for me since I am in a single vehicle family. They also make sure that I am aware of any unforseen delays and paths forward in dealing with the delays. They arent perfect but I can see that steps taken to correct their shortfalls which is huge in my eyes. More
