We took care of the downpayment over the phone and picked up the car a few days later. We were short on time but Evan had all the paperwork ready to go. He explained different extended warranties options and the coupon card we should look for in the mail. Emily was quick to get the finance paperwork together and explained each page as we signed it. The price was just what we expected (with the exception of the state fees and taxes which were ridiculous!) Our entire experience from start to finish was amazing. We highly recommend working with Evan and the team at BVille VW! More
