Well once again I was amazed and very happy with the service and buying experience I received at Luther VW. Jamie W, Evan B and Emily D were so awesome. This was my 2nd car purchase with them and I am S service and buying experience I received at Luther VW. Jamie W, Evan B and Emily D were so awesome. This was my 2nd car purchase with them and I am SO happy that I decided to go with the Burnsville Luther VW dealership. I can say right out, they have always been stellar with customer service, patience and not trying get you to pay for things that are not damaged or broken. Also they are the same whether it is new or used that you are purchasing. You don't get different treatment depending on your purchase. My first with them was a certified used Beetle. This time I left with a brand new Atlas Cross Sport. Initially I brought my Beetle in for standard maintenance. I drove an hour and 45 minutes to get there. I like their service dept and technicians so the lengthy drive is more then worth it. I actually trust my car with them. Since I was coming down I was also going to have them appraise it and I was going to take the buy amount (if it was what I would accept) and just put it aside till I found a vehicle I liked. Since I was there I did want to drive an Atlas Cross Sport. I really liked them since they came out, and wanted to take one for a test drive and see how it felt as well as look at the interior, engine and options. Jamie W (who I initially was set up with) was amazing with email correspondence up to my actual visit answering all my questions and keeping me updated with an sales/rebates happening. When I arrived due to a unforeseen emergency Jamie wasn't there to assist (no fault of hers I still got to meet her later) so they set me up with Evan B. He was amazing and very knowledgeable and like me, loved VW! Owned one himself. Well the one he brought up after giving him my wants and desires was an Atlas Cross Sport SES Premium R-line 3.6L (there were not many R-lines in stock with a 3.6L) and I wanted an R-line (that was a hard must have) and it was white with the 3.6L for towing (another hard must). Also I was the first to test drive it!!! Only thing I hated on it was the seat color. Black and tan. But I wanted to take it out and get a feel for the rest. At this time I did not intend to buy. Well I LOVED the Atlas. Was so comfortable, extremely roomy and omg I am still trying to figure out all the bells and whistles. Just amazing SUV all around. Well my Beetle was appraised and they came back with an amazing amount. Way above my expectations. I was told they were at the time running the 0% interest for 72 months, and they also gave me an amazing trade in for a 2nd car I wanted appraised. Now here is what sets Luther VW in Burnsville apart from any other dealership I have went to. The outstanding patience that they have. You do not feel pressure from them. I felt pressure from myself. No fault to them. He gave me time to think about it. Look at it again and decide. There was no hanging on my back like a monkey none of that. The 0% for 72 months was just awesome. Well I went with the exact Atlas I test drove. I got an amazing deal all around and even though a 2022 was what I was waiting for I have zero regrets on my purchase. Also since my 2nd vehicle could not make it down till the next day they sent me home so I could go to work with a loaner at no cost to myself! Just amazing customer service!!! In the finance area Emily D was funny, charming and just amazing. She made everything quick and painless and completely at ease. No pressure at all and we came to an amazing extras package that had everything I needed. The whole ordeal was seamless. I really wish that the training, care, patience and personality this dealership has would be installed at all the Luther dealerships. Even walking in just the hellos and bright smiles from ev I will continue to bring my cars down to Luther Burnsville VW (unless something happens to prevent it) and I am almost certain that you will have another customer in my Partner as he also loves the Atlas! VW Girl for LIFE!! <3 More
