The dealership is great, but the service center has been disappointing the last few visits. The last two times i have been there for a simple oil change it's taken approximately 2 hours each time. This time they didn't even look at my broken gas lid spring like I had ask them to. I used to change the oil and grease the zerks myself and I don't believe it ever took me over 35 minutes. Scott belittled me on the phone. They had my jeep for 7 days and then proceeded to tell me us they did not find anything wrong with the car. My recent visit turned into a nightmare. I had to replace 4 Tire Pressure Sensors. They cracked one of my Rims and I had to return 2 more times before they found it.
