Very poor service. Did an engine check, got my car back with oil sprayed all on my windows and windshield. Also it stunk so bad in my car when i got it back and very upset since i took my time the night before to detail and clean my car for them. Next had to bring my car back in to get it fixed and the lady said i had 100$ deductible. 1. warranty covers everything as in parts, labor, deductible and service fees, why am i paying 100$ deductible? Read through the paperwork and the front cover says 0.00 deductible on the receipt but underneath they wrote in PEN CP: $100. I am NOT paying something that is being wrote in pen. This place is VERY unprofessional and its the saddest thing i have ever witnessed just to get more money for themselves. Anyways, i still am going through the paperwork and the lady is trying to still get me to pay 100 when im still reading and what do i come across, the last page it says $50 deductible with the original grand total. I showed the lady and she crossed out the 100 that she wrote in pen and put $50. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! They are out here scamming people when there should be $0 deductible when people paid thousands of dollars for the warranty which covers everything. Will not be going back ever again to that place and i recommend no one else goes either unless u want ur car trashed when u pick it up and have them scam u for more money. More

I received unprofessional services. I got my new purchase with undercoat splattered all over the white exterior of my vehicle. I drove off feeling like I just purchased a vehicle from I got my new purchase with undercoat splattered all over the white exterior of my vehicle. I drove off feeling like I just purchased a vehicle from the side of the road but paying dealership price! I was just very disappointed that I did not get shown what was done to the vehicle or got any instructions if I could wash my car afterwards or that no one noticed the splatters. I was not given the chance to choose this option on my purchase I was just told it came with my purchase. I had no knowledge on the details of the undercoat, but from the looks of it the job looked rushed and unprofessionally done. I can’t imagine all customers who get this done also getting their vehicles returned looking like this each time. I was told I would get an alignment and then told it was not done. I put time aside to get this done professionally. Im sure no one wants to drive off from a Chevrolet dealership feeling like this. More

I stopped in the day before to make an appointment to get the first service done on my new truck. And they made it for the next day at 9 am. Which was very quick.
