Evan was great to work with, but I'm disappointed in the shape of the vehicle. The vehicle I wanted was located at a different dealership so Evan arranged for a trade and had it brought to the Fargo dealer shape of the vehicle. I have been disappointed as I don't feel like the vehicle was looked over very well before I was called to pick it up. There were two rather large scratches that they were able to fix, but when I took the vehicle on a road trip with some friends this weekend we noticed that the interior sunroof shade and the ceiling by the driver's side door are dirty. The vehicle was brand new and should be in pristine condition. Now I either have to feel like I'm complaining and contact the dealership to have them clean it or take a risk and try and do it myself. This is the third flaw in as many days as I've owned the vehicle. It should have been thoroughly inspected when it arrived at the Fargo dealership. More

We purchased a GMC Acadia and love it! Luther Family GMC was awesome to work with! The car came in from another dealer, which was no big deal. They got it in and detailed it before we took it. A few days later I got a call from the sales associate saying the detail crew noticed a scratch and scuff on the rear bumper (barely noticeable). They could have let it go and not say anything but they didn’t. We took it in and they replaced the parts. That’s exceptional service! They really went above and beyond for the sale.
