Hello. I was not very pleased. I have had a handful of different vehicles in the past all bought through Corwin. They have some of the worst customer service. But when i purchased my vehicle from luther i was so happy to be done with corwin. Your sales team rocks. 10 out of 10. When i arrived for service. I did not feel the same appreciation. I was the only vehicle in the bay at the time. There were 3 people in the service bay drive in and no one wanted to make eye contact or even say hello someone will be right with you. Almost like it wasnt their problem. I work in customer service. I shouldnt feel awkward coming to a place where i have an appt. Whoever the girl working out there is. She gets it and was very pleasant to work with. Get my truck serviced. When it was finished and pulled back into the bay I Asked the guy what the issue was. They proceeded to tell me there was no issue and everything was working as it should. So i walked over to my truck to inspect myself. Only to see the truck leaking fluids all over the service bay. I inform my service consultant the issue is still an issue. He then tells me this is normal and will leak a little. Without even leaving his chair or looking at what i was talking about. This is when i got upset. I then asked him to come and look at it and tell me when it was going to stop. It was then determined it was very much still an issue. I asked how long it would be to get the parts ordered. And when i could get this resolved. I was told they would look into this issue and get back to me. I still have not received a call back on when the parts will be in and when i can get my truck fixed. Im not looking to get people in trouble or cause problems. But I shouldn't have to call the dealership a week later for an update and still no service date for a vehicle that is under full warranty. I appreciate you getting back to me.
