WOW says it All This started as any other car buying experience. Feeling like it was me against the dealer and the dealer was winning. However the Beaver team pulled together and made this the most amazing and unforgettable buying experience ever. I will forever be grateful to the finance department for their determination to make this a great purchase at a price I could afford. Special thanks to the GM Brett and his Sales manager Mike. I will be back for future purchases. More

Service Rep The service rep did not contact me once during the time my vehicle was at the dealer. I recently purchased a 2017 Camaro and had a flat tire on Saturd The service rep did not contact me once during the time my vehicle was at the dealer. I recently purchased a 2017 Camaro and had a flat tire on Saturday . The fix a flat sealant failed so I had to have the car towed to Beaver Chevrolet. I called as soon as the service center opened and left a voicemail but did not receive any response, Three calls later I had a young lady tell me the car was ready and to come in to get it. When I arrived the car had not been touched. I asked the service rep why he had not returned my calls he said they were busy and he ignored the phone in that case. That is not acceptable. The did not take care of my car until the following day. Two days for a flat tire. The lack of communication was disappointing. I will say that the sales team gets a 5 star rating. Both Darrell and Dustin stepped to help with the situation otherwise my car would probably still be there. More

Service always takes so long! The service department hasn't gotten the message from owner "here to Wow ya!" Received free oil changes with purchase, which was great, but 1st oil c The service department hasn't gotten the message from owner "here to Wow ya!" Received free oil changes with purchase, which was great, but 1st oil change took over 4 hours!! Second one took 3 hours (with appt both times). Requested a tire rotation also, had to go by Ford and have them reset the tire pressure indicators, guess they forgot that part! Thanks to AutoNation Ford for readjusting the air pressure in the tires also! And the statement "loaner with every service", not true!! Be prepared to stay the day with them! Their "snack" area needs major help! Jelly beans are okay, but why not try something else since you have us "hostage" until service is complete. More
