Evan Shade in the service department has been helping me for at least 5 years now (maybe more). I look forward to seeing a familiar face each time I visit for a service appointment. He is friendly, helpful and represents your company well. I have always had a pleasant experience in the waiting area and Evan keeps me informed about my car. I have utilized the work stations with my laptop and was able to continue working online while I waited for my car. The waiting area is always clean and has a great assortment of drinks, snacks and other food items which is a really nice touch. The restroom is always clean as well. I love the new video footage that is shared with me about my car. It was very informative. I plan to check out the new outdoor waiting space the next time I'm there. We have had a truck sitting there for 5 MONTHS now awaiting an OEM or aftermarket fuel pump. There is no/zero forecast as when it will be available. VERY disappointed in CHEVROLET. I want to thank Chris Weber for his help with my vehicle. I noticed a dent on the right side of my car as I was walking towards it after the oil change. And because this car is so special to me, I actually do a visual inspection before I leave my house, any time I park… yeah, a bit crazy about her. I was so afraid to talk to anyone about the dent because years ago I was screamed at by a salesman at another dealership because I didn’t want to go through with the trade. This was NOT at Beaver. So… I called Beaver Chevrolet almost 10 days later and after I told the lady who answered the phone why I was calling, she told me not to worry- she would get me to the right person. And YES she did! Chris Weber, you are a wonderful person, you didn’t ask me a bunch of questions or make me feel worried. You made me feel like I was the most important person that ever came to BC. You made me feel comfortable and you were able to make my car 100% again with no hassle. I will forever take my Chevys to Beaver because the sales and service employees have always taken great care of me. I was a customer of Riverside Chevy before Beaver bought the lot & whew what an upgrade that was! More
