I don't know who Evan Starr is because no one exchanged names with me. I'm guessing it's the guy I had to wait 5 minutes for when I entered as he wasn't at the counter. He wasn't bad but didn't blow me awa names with me. I'm guessing it's the guy I had to wait 5 minutes for when I entered as he wasn't at the counter. He wasn't bad but didn't blow me away either. I was disappointed that the car was not washed or vacuumed, in my 14 years of leasing cars this is the first time the car is not washed when I take it for service so that was surprising. No even the thank you paper that goes over the carpet so the mechanic doesn't dirty the car. Average experience deserves average rating. More
