I was not expecting it. A weight was lifted from them. Angelo is very down to earth and treats you like a person and not a dollar sign. Great Service with Low Pressure Stefano was a refreshing change compared to the other 5 dealerships I went to. He was very helpful in showing me the car I was there to see and even Stefano was a refreshing change compared to the other 5 dealerships I went to. He was very helpful in showing me the car I was there to see and even showed me a different car in my price range that I wound up buying instead of the original one I was looking at. The process for negotiating a price was also unlike other experience I've had at a dealer, very low pressure and I didn't feel like I just got ripped off in the process. His manager Mike also came off very professional and easy going, a pleasure to deal with. I've only owned the car for a short period of time however I am extremely happy with it so far. Evan in finance was also very straight forward, no pressure at all to buy additional warranties or coverage's, I said no once and he never mentioned it again. Having dealt with several other dealerships in the area in the past where they act like you are in an interrogation room and aren't going to let you leave until you agree to buy something, these guys were a nice change of pace. Totally satisfied with the experience and I love my car. Highly recommend Stefano and the dealership as a whole. More
