He is so knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. When we purchase a vehicle we know what we are looking for. City VW did not have the exact vehicle on their lot that we wanted and the one in production would not deliver until June, Luis and the manager looked around and where able to get the vehicle we wanted in color(interior, options and exterior) and get us into a car within 2 days. Their Service department is also one of the best. Staff they are super friendly and approachable. They take the time to answer your questions and explain everything. They never try to push services that are not needed. If you are looking for a VW look no further and run don’t walk to City VW and ask for Luis Gonzalez. You won’t be disappointed. More
