Called in advance to see if the vehicle was still available and was told by an Evelyn that it was here and was not sold. I do not live in the area, hence for the call to see if the vehicle was still available and was told by an Evelyn that it was here and was not sold. I do not live in the area, hence for the call in advance. Went that day and was told it sold the day before. I'm sorry but why put me on hold to see if still available if it was sold the day before? Not a trustworthy dealership and will never recommend to anyone. If you are going for a specific vehicle, don't waste your time calling you won't get an honest answer. More

Stopped by to ask a question re: a lease return and ended up a few days later with a 2012. Evelyn is very customer focused and she has a suburb customer-friendly attitude and dazzling personality! She projects a "can-do" attitude in a very down-to-earth manner. This is my first lease w/ IGH although I have had my other vans serviced at IGH on occasion. I intend to deal exclusively with IGH and if I have friends who are interested in purchasing or leasing a Honda product I will definitely recommend IGH and especially Evelyn Wood. I have had previous dealings with Burnsville Honda and Richfield-Bloomington Honda and I have no complaints with either but I am very pleased with IGH and their marketing and promotional efforts as well as the entire dealership operation and Customer Care Center and the amenities.
