Crown's service department is also terrific, especially Mark Nelson. I have brought all three of my Jeeps here for maintenance, recalls, and anything else they might need, and I will continue to do so because of the excellent customer service I receive. I cannot say enough good things about Mark, Everett, and Crown in general, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car or for an great service department to check them out. More

Great Job! The Chrysler 300 we wanted was not available in Ohio. Everett worked diligently to find the options we wanted, and especially the linen interior.
