Our goal was to come in to the dealership to look at new Wranglers and talk with someone. At the very beginning he was very friendly, attentive and kind, putting us right at ease. All of our questions were thoroughly answered and many helpful tips given. Everett was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and all options available. He was in no way pushy. He didn't pressure us. It was a relief, unlike most dealerships. When we decided that we were interested in the vehicle, he then discussed pricing with us which was better than other dealerships we had checked out in the past. We felt that we were getting a very good price and very fair. I stopped in to pickup my Jeep Commander that was being worked on and the Service area was closed. Everett works in the sales area helped us out anyway in finding my bill, processing my payment and then g worked on and the Service area was closed. Everett works in the sales area helped us out anyway in finding my bill, processing my payment and then going the extra mile to wash my car, including scrubbing the tires and back door hatch. When I was ready, Everett placed the order, and my new Charger arrived four weeks later. The final transaction, with trade-in, went quite smoothly and the dealer prep on my new Dodge was impeccable. I'm very particular about the cars I buy and the folks at Crown helped make this an enjoyable car-buying experience. More
