This was the absolute worst car buying experience that i have ever been through. Our rep did not know anything about the vehicle. I did my own research, and went back to the dealership to simply purchase i have ever been through. Our rep did not know anything about the vehicle. I did my own research, and went back to the dealership to simply purchase it. 3 and 1/2 hours later, still setting in a chair waiting on people to complete my trade in, and simply hand me a contract to sign. Then came that "final straw" - my forced visit to 'finance" .and my meeting with Ezra, who is a nice guy. That turned out to be a super-heavy pressured sign up for an extended warranty. 45 minutes of that and me saying "no thanks" at least 10 times. I finally signed the paperwork which took about 3 minutes. Unbelievable . This place is very disorganized and unprofessional. When i finally got the key to the car, the finance guy (ezra) told me the 2nd. key would come with the title. What?? He said it was "back there somewhere" but didn't really know where to go and get it. Wonder what happens if i need that 2nd. key? The funny part is that i'm buying another kia , probably this week. Guess where i'm not going to get it??? More
