I bought my civic from that location 4 years ago from Frank, but didn't ask for him since I had no record of him being my sales person. Originally asked for Lauren from seeing all the great reviews from Frank, but didn't ask for him since I had no record of him being my sales person. Originally asked for Lauren from seeing all the great reviews from here, but it didn't seem like she was selling cars that day I went. I was greeted by Fernando when I walked in and he was the one who took care of me. Did my research before coming in so I knew what I wanted but to my dismay, the certain package on the Jetta I wanted was no where to be found but at least 5 hours away. Still, Fernando said it's not a problem for them to get it to their location. He was very patient along the way since I was very anal about wanting to get a Jetta. Had to be realistic about the situation so he introduced me to the Passat, ended up walking away with one and haven't looked back since! They even had Jesse (I believe that's his name) take time to show my everything on my car which was nice. Despite Fernando taking his time, I believe he gave the credit to Frank in the end. Not sure if it was on purpose or not, but he did explain they always have each others back. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family, had a truly great experience both times. When I was there 4 years ago, I was killing time by talking to Frank about cars and he ended up giving me 4 tickets to the auto show. Great experience, great people all around. More
