Since my lease was ending, I knew that I was going to lease another Volkswagen, and I cannot say enough good things about my salesman, Trevor. He was communicative by both email and text and was patient, provided me with a good, fair deal, and not pushy in the slightest as I debated over two models. I HIGHLY recommend working with him... The only negative experience that I had was the long wait time to work with the finance department. While Trevor did as much as he could on his end and the finance rep was kind and apologetic, it was almost two hours from the time I had decided on a car until I was sitting in the finance office; it seemed like there was only one person there that evening that could complete the paperwork. While I was certain of my purchase, it is unfortunate to think that some may consider leaving if they had that same wait time, as every other aspect of this experience was wonderful. This is my third car from Fox Valley VW, and I will be back when my lease ends again. More

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership all the way from Florida. Why? They were by far the most fair and transparent with their pricing. Many other dealers advertised a slightly lower pric all the way from Florida. Why? They were by far the most fair and transparent with their pricing. Many other dealers advertised a slightly lower price but then added a bunch of of add ons and fees. These guys had a great price on their website, communicated regularly, and helped arrange transport. I always give my business to the dealership that offers the best price first and don’t pit them against one another. These guys made it easy and were a pleasure to work with. Great team. Thank you.
