Lease of 2020 Honda Pilot On my 3rd visit to this dealership in 2 weeks (I kept getting calls to come in and see what they had) I met with Ron and I was able to lease a VERY ba On my 3rd visit to this dealership in 2 weeks (I kept getting calls to come in and see what they had) I met with Ron and I was able to lease a VERY basic Honda Pilot, I traded in my 2015 Hyundai Sonata which had more modern features. I insisted on an SUV and was happy to have a brand new vehicle for the first time, however, the Bluetooth is not working well, and a simple feature like a thermometer indicator is not available. I called Ron and he directed me to the service department, just get in to the line he said and let the service person know what my problem was and they would assist me, when I got to the top of the line, a service person asked me what he could help me with, I told him that I could not find where I could turn the temp indicator on, he fiddled around with the buttons on my steering wheel for 2 minutes, said that he would be back and never came back. The Bluetooth is horrible, it does not connect directly to the phone and the quality is horrible, people on the other end tell me that I sound like I am under water. The referral program is a scam! my son received an email saying that the dealership will pay his car payment if he refers someone, I was the referral and he received $100.00, no where near his monthly car payment. I am really disappointed in the service, I visited the dealership again this week to speak to someone about these problems and everyone appeared sooooo busy, running around, ignoring me, I finally was able to speak with Elvis re: the referral fee and he told me to give him a few minutes, I was left waiting for 30 minutes while he flitted back and forth, he never acknowledged me and I got up and left. Fabio in finance was very helpful and organized the tint for me, I have an appointment on Saturday July 18th. More
