Mini JCW A great experience. I was greeted and treated wonderfully on my separate trips to look at the cars, arrange a test drive and to pick up my new Mini JC A great experience. I was greeted and treated wonderfully on my separate trips to look at the cars, arrange a test drive and to pick up my new Mini JCW. The dealership arranged a very fair and easy trade in for my prior car. All my questions via phone or email were always quickly answered. On the day of pick up my trade-in, swap plates, paperwork and friendly and clear instruction on the new car was completed in less than an hour and I never felt rushed. Fabrizio was exemplary in his attention and service from my initial interest and making sure everything was going well after my purchase including offering further instruction if I needed it. More

I keep coming back to this dealership and I do so for one reason, they are excellent! At MINI of Fairfield excellence begins the minute you enter a door, with greetings of hello - how my we help you? - to the end with thank you for coming in today. Whether you have gone in for sales or service it is not a secret that customer satisfaction is the goal of this dealership. What makes it unique is that they are highly successful at obtaining that goal. I always share with others that I find MINI of Fairfield to be 'attentively professional', which in turn has earned my trust, my business and my recommendation to others. Yes, there are those I "go to" when I and buying or servicing my MINI which would be Fabrizio Reda for sales and in service John Cocoran & Scott Miller. Each one excellent and so appreciated! Exceptional Dealership I purchased my 2012 MINI Cooper Countryman ALL4 from MINI of Fairfield County in December 2011. The experience was wonderful and the salesman Fabrizio Reda was attentive, knowledgable and answered every question I had. No pressure, no quick talking, just open & honest answers. He made buying a car a unique and enjoyable exerience. Mike Grassi (General Sales Manager) always stops by and says hello when I'm in for service and that to me is rare. Previous dealership sales departments that I have purchased cars from are there for one thing only; to sell a car and their interaction with you after the car purchase is lmited. That is not the case at MINI of Fairfield! The service department managed by Steve Parrett welcomes you by name and with a smile when you enter. They are courteous, professional and make you feel as if you are the only when that matters. They never rush you, explain all repairs and services rendered thoroughly and make sure that you are satisfied before you leave the dealership. The technicians are known to 'come up front' and speak to the customers about repairs or to ask questions about a potential repair so they can understand what you may be experiencing. That's customer service! I have complete trust and confidence in the MINI of Fairfield team. They treat you like family and go above and beyond not only to meet but exceed the customers needs. We have bought two cars from Fabrizio one in '05 and a sec How do you start talking about a dealership that you have had a ten year relationship with. We have bought two cars from Fabrizio one in '05 and a second in 2013. What amazes me is that over all those years even when we weren't buying cars FAB And Mini maintained a relationship with us. Which makes you feel like you are part of a family. So now when I bring my Countryman in I walk into the service area a see smiling faces that know who I am. I had a few problems with my CM but I always felt that the guys on the service team had my back. They went above and beyond making sure I was happy and that the repairs were done I a timely manner. Every experience I have had with Mini of Fairfield Country has been stellar. More

I have been shopping for a new car for several weeks and this was the worst experiece I ever had. My son and I spent 20 minutes in the showroom wihout even being acknowledged by a single employee. When we were finally paid attention to, "no-one was available to help us" even though we were standing ten feet from two sales people who were standing and chatting. We werent told how long we would have to wait, or offered to make an appointment to be helped later. Just, "Still busy - no-one is available". Then I remembered, I visited this dealership 7 years ago and had a similar bad experience, ultimately purchasing my car from Mini of Westchester. Could have saved an hour and aot of frustration if I had only remembered that experience. More

I had a service appointment for my 2012 MINI Countryman ALL4 last week and was very satisfied with the care and attention given to me by my Service Advisor John Corcoran. He was efficient, thorough, professional, friendly and kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs being done. Within 48 hours of picking up my car, I received a follow up call from John to make sure that I was satisfied. That truly was the ‘icing on the cake’. It was a pleasure to purchase my car from Fabrizio Reda (Dec. 2011) and an equal pleasure to put my car in the very capable hands of John & the Service Dept. More

Although I did not purchase my 2011 MINI from Mini of Fairfield, I chose to bring my new car here for service. I needed to replace my 2006 Mini, for one with an automatic transmission. At the time, there Fairfield, I chose to bring my new car here for service. I needed to replace my 2006 Mini, for one with an automatic transmission. At the time, there were few if any a/t vehicles available for order, and none equipped with the numerous options I wanted in stock due to a shortage of parts asa result of the tsunami. I did contact Fabrizio Reda when I was searching, and he could not have been more helpful and concerned about me getting a car. I knew that this time around, MINI of Fairfield was a dealer I wanted to do business with, I finally found a dealer 5 hours away in Pa that could order my car. I needed to get my first (low mileage) oil change, and Scott Miller could not have been more helpful and sincere. I had top cancel my original appt., and Scott was able to take my car the next day. I live about an hour away. When I got there, I was greeted promptly, and my car was taken in for service within minutes. No sooner was my car ready (less than an hour), when Scott apologized that he couldn't wash it at that time because that person was at lunch, but offered me a coupon for a free wash at a facility across the street, or I could wait a half hour for the dealer wash. I chose to wait since I am particular and do not go to any car washes. Scott kept me aware of every detail, and my car was ready in fifteen minutes. I have had follow up calls to make sure I was happy, and they put me into their system for all future service work. I was not treated like this from the original selling dealer. NO FANCY FAST TALK! Just simple honest service. I have already recommended this dealer as my first MINI is still in my family, and a friend has ordered a new COUNTRYMAN. Hats off to Scott Miller and the rest of the unseen service dept. When it's tiime for my third MINI, you can bet that Fabrizio, along with the rest of the staff will be my first choice. More
