***UPDATE*** My experience took a drastic turn once I drove off the lot, first off my key fob didn't work and the Eastern I bought the car from didn't want to fix it. My car was unlocked in my driveway f drove off the lot, first off my key fob didn't work and the Eastern I bought the car from didn't want to fix it. My car was unlocked in my driveway for 2 weeks. Then the management at Easterns said they would fix it, they had my car for 4 days and still hadn't fixed the fob. I demanded the car back and took it to Pohanka Volkswagen since it was an Atlas. I ordered another fob and it took them 25 mins to program both fobs paid out of MY pocket. In the four days Easterns had my car, they used a half tank of gas, got a ticket on a VA. toll road, and the car smelled like cigarette smoke. I will never talk to them nor will they touch my car ever again even though the added service into my financing. I wish I could give them a -2 star rating. NEVER AGAIN. My experience with Easterns was fast and painless, definitely will be recommending them to my friends. More
