I have yet to receive ANY of the calls that I was told would happen BEFORE I purchased my Jeep, particularly one about a repair. I had to track my salesman down over the course of a week, only for him to tell me that the terms we agreed upon to have the repair done ANYWHERE now had to be done at their facility only (which is almost 2 hours away AND on certain days). Called back and spoke to a sales manager about the problem, she listened and said she would call me back with a day or so with possible solutions. Never received that call (going on at least two weeks now). At this point, I’m not expecting anything else from these folks. They turned out to be your “typical” dealership and as of now I would NOT recommend Koons Kia to anyone I know. More

For the most part my experience with Koons Kia was great. I stopped in on a whim to look at a car. Everyone was welcoming and they worked to answer my questions. After about a month, I decided to purchase through Koons Kia and the delivery was also great. At the time of purchase there was only 1 Key Fob available and I was told to reach out to schedule a time to pick up a second one, have it programmed. Unfortunately this process didn't go as smoothly as promised because I had to call, text and email quite a few times with no success. Since I live over 60 miles away from the dealership, I decided to purchase a new OEM Key Fob directly and have it programmed at my local Kia dealership. More
