He called us within 15 minutes of our initial call, after hours and within 48 hours he found us exactly what we were looking for when another dealership told us it wasn't out there. When we went to pick our car up, Farham went over everything in detail, there wasn't anything about this car he did not know. We highly recommend Farhan and this dealership. More

We immediately saw the vehicle I wanted. Bruce got the OK from Farhan to assist me and he really took me under his wing and treated me like a daughter. He made sure I was comfortable in the car and gave me a detailed crash course in Mercedes 101. Tom took care of the finance portion and after talking to the bank he performed professionally and efficiently. This process was seamless. Not to mention that we pulled up 45 mins to closing and in no way did I feel rushed. I can’t believe I got the car I wanted with everything I asked and more!!! No feelings of buyers remorse whatsoever! More

After communicating via email, text, and phone calls, I finally came on the lot to test drive a Mercedes 350 GLE, and there my great experience working with Farhan continued. I appreciated his no-pressure approach, while also enjoying his insight about all of the new features...as well as his sense of humor. I'm quite pleased with my new purchase, and equally pleased with the experience working with Farhan and Mercedes Benz of Raleigh. More

Upon visiting the dealership in person we found the environment inviting and Jeff’s “down to earth” personality was refreshing. All questions and concerns were promptly addressed. The vehicle we were considering and ended up purchasing is pennies on the dollar compared to other vehicles at the dealership, but I never once felt we were not taken seriously or viewed as less valuable than the buyer of a high end vehicle.
