From the onset, Farhan has been an active listener who never tried to sell me a vehicle, before he fully educated me on the product. He presented the best transit products Mercedes had available based on my family's needs until the perfect vehicle was found. If the Mercedes family does not already know, Farhan is more than a salesman. Truly as the title indicates, he is a product (specialist) expert. I fact checked 80% of the information he shared with me about the various vehicles in which I showed interest and found everything to be accurate. Honesty earns more than shopping points, it earns respect and trust. I have had the misfortune of purchasing vehicles from at least one of these three types of salesmen (they just all happen to have been men) the majority of the times I have purchased vehicles: unknowledgeable, arrogant or dishonest. Total opposite descriptors would be used to describe Farhan during the process of discovering the perfect car for me and my family. We intend to purchase future vehicles through Farhan (our 11th grader just completed the classroom portion of Driver's Education!). More

Farhan Ghanty went ABOVE AND BEYOND my family’s expectations. When I came into the dealership today We knew what we were coming for but once we arrived, I saw a vehicle much more appealing. I didn’t think I would be able to get the one I saw but Mr. Ghanty knew what I wanted and from that moment on my family and I were able to drive off the lot with MY DREAM MERCEDES!!! Great new car purchase experience! My wife and I were considering trading in two (2) vehicles, one a 2010 Range Rover, and purchasing a Mercedes Benz GLE 350. After visiting another Mer My wife and I were considering trading in two (2) vehicles, one a 2010 Range Rover, and purchasing a Mercedes Benz GLE 350. After visiting another Mercedes dealership, which didn't have the vehicle we wanted, I contacted M-B of Raleigh, via the internet, since they indicated that they had the vehicle, with the desired options we were seeking. My initial contact was with Farhan Ghanty, who listened to what our objectives were regarding trading in two vehicles and purchasing a Mercedes Benz GLE 350. After sending Farhan pictures of our vehicles and Trade-In valuation sheets for each, I heard back from him within 30 minutes with a trade in offer and sales price on the Mercedes we wanted to purchase. After a few conversations and text messages, I realized that Farhan was an incredibly knowledgeable individual about the Mercedes product. Throughout this process, Farhan was courteous, patient, and responsive to our questions and what we wanted to achieve. We made a trip to Raleigh from the North Carolina coast, where we live, and met with Farhan. M-B of Raleigh checked over the Range Rover that we were going to trade in, and within 30 minutes, they agreed with what we were looking for, price wise.The general manager, Bonnie Gramling, introduced herself, welcomed us, and assured us that they wanted our business. We felt very comfortable with the entire process, and went back to Raleigh yesterday and picked up our new Mercedes. We thank Farhan for his expertise and ability to introduce us to our new GLE 350! We would highly recommend MB of Raleigh and Farhan Ghanty, if you are looking for a positive new car purchase experience. More
