I liked Ricardo’s professionalism and friendliness. I was totally unhappy with the sales people who didn’t honor Truecar’s price. And on top of that attempted to charge me an additional $500 after not honor totally unhappy with the sales people who didn’t honor Truecar’s price. And on top of that attempted to charge me an additional $500 after not honoring the $500 discount for college graduate promised by TrueCar. Nowhere does it state that the graduation had to be in the past 2 years. Once I showed the salesman on my phone Truecar’s quote without the college discount he only then decided not to add the additional $500. i felt like I was being played. Deceptive sales practice. Your business should not use TrueCar if it doesn’t honor their prices. More
