If you are looking to buy a car....then you need to immediately come to this dealership of the EXCELLENT customer service skills from Madison Shim!! If you are looking to buy a car....then you need to immediately come to this dealership and ask for MADISON SHIM....she is such an amazing saleswoman! She knows EVERYTHING about the vehicles. I was deciding between a Honda CR-V and an Accord Sport...she described to me every little detail about each car. I was really undecided. Plus she gave me her honest opinion about the color selection and interior colors. BTW...she has gave me really good advice. I eventually decided on red/black accord sport because that fit my current lifestyle and I could not be anymore satisfied. In regards, to pricing...she did everything to help us...our customer...she was trying to get us the best deal. While we waited for finance, she made sure to let us know about our wait status and then figured out how to cut our time down for the wait. Not only that... she was literally running back and forth to make sure that our car was ready to drive off with. At the end when I was transferring things into my new car...she was there helping me. She was there at EVERY step of the process. She is not there to make a commission but to build a relationship with the customer. Not only did they give me a good deal on the car but I am walking away with a great experience...Madison is the BEST salesperson I have EVER encountered and I have bought a lot of cars. Madison is the ONLY REASON why I came back to buy the car from this dealership. Actually, when I visited this dealership....I found that everyone I encountered was super nice and friendly. The sales manager, Farhan Kamal, was good too. He was straight forward and to the point. No xxxxxxxx and that was what I valued. He was hospitable and courteous. He tried his best to give us the best deal possible and negotiated with us in a very respectful manner. I have never bought a car here but I am glad I bought it and met such great people. I drove from Pembroke Pines to Coral Springs to buy my car and I could not have asked for a better saleswoman and manager to deal with. Again....go to Coral Springs Auto Mall and ask for Madison Shim!!! You will not be disappointed!! More
