They were so rude,especially Mr.Andres,one of a kind..i said to my self ,forget about this dealership, honda brand is over for me..Later on, Mr. Farhan and Mr. Randazzo changed my mind with their great service and instead of leasing a car,i bought a car.Later on,financing was a pleasure with Mr. Alex.. I will never forget the unprofessionality and the rudeness of Mr. Andres who should give the best customer service experience as a manager.. So wrong choice for such a great company..What a manager who can't even manage his temper dealing with a customer. Even though i had a great experience later on, i will double check to comeback to Coral Spring Honda because of Mr. Andres...I just wanted to have a great experience in this difficult days,didn't even enjoy my new car because of this really bad experience..
