Good experience I returned to Coral Springs Honda after 9 years with my Honda Accord to get my new Honda. I was ready for the upgrade and I am glad I did. I traded my I returned to Coral Springs Honda after 9 years with my Honda Accord to get my new Honda. I was ready for the upgrade and I am glad I did. I traded my Accord for a CRV and I am very pleased. Service was all around great, from the initial outreach I received over the phone and email from Devon and others, to my arrival where I was greeted and paired with Debra, an experienced salesperson who listened to what I needed and showed me the vehicle and its features. Then I proceeded to work with Finance who crafted a deal I could accept. I left with my new car that day and I recommend them to others who want a hassle free experience. Then, Farhan was nice enough to accommodate a special request and that was the icing on the cake. More

Unethical sales practice. I do not recommend this dealership Received my paperwork the day after the sale. Noticed that I was charged $1,100 over the agreed upon price. That same day I asked for an explanation Received my paperwork the day after the sale. Noticed that I was charged $1,100 over the agreed upon price. That same day I asked for an explanation of the difference and I several different explanations. None of which made sense. The most ridiculous explanation is the one Farhan Kamal gave stating that the $1,100 was the cost of a Coral Springs Honda Advantage Program. The program includes free car washes, vehicle inspections, and shuttle service within 10 miles. All of which had to be performed at that dealership. I lived 25 miles from the dealership and never would have agreed to that. That was never discussed with me. I did not know it existed until he took a picture of that sticker off another vehicle and texted it to me. They agreed the sale price was for 24,900. I was charged 26,000. What is even more egregious is the fact the Mr. Chris Hayek, the General Manager supported this unethical, immoral event. They were supposed to send me an addendum that breaks out the 24,900 and the $1,100. I was told by Mr. Hayek and Mr. Kamal that I would received this document last night. I have yet to receive it. Mr. Hayek was rude, and unprofessional. I signed the contract with the $26,000 on it not realizing they changed the price after our agreement. I expected honesty and integrity. We had already settled on the price. I explained that fact to Mr. Hayek. He did not care that they changed the price. It appears that he took pleasure in telling me that as long as he had a signature I had no recourse right or wrong. We have a saying in the south. ' If the head of an agency is messed up then the tail doesn't have a chance". If Mr.Hayek , the head of the agency supports this type of deceptive practice then everyone subordinate to him know they can continue this type of treacherous behavior without consequences. I would not advise anyone to do business with this dealership. More
