I have been looking for a new car for too long, with many poor experiences with other dealears. Walked into Peoria Subaru and, Goodness all three hours of it. Savannah (she rules!), Chris (Yay so awesome) poor experiences with other dealears. Walked into Peoria Subaru and, Goodness all three hours of it. Purchasing the 2022 Accent was made very easy by Peoria Subaru. Allen, the sales rep, was great to work with and made the process extremely seamless. The dealership was well kept and each representative I worked with was very friendly and courteous. They offered a fair and reasonable value for my trade in and I did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me like you may get at other dealerships. Spencer and Faryn did a great job of keeping this process streamlined and no nonsense. They were up front and transparent with the pricing and fees. Spencer was very efficient and understood we had only a sh streamlined and no nonsense. They were up front and transparent with the pricing and fees. Spencer was very efficient and understood we had only a short time to be at the dealership to do paperwork and pick up the car. He made the process very easy and pain free. I never felt as if I was being "held hostage" like I have at other dealerships in the past. The finance guy we dealt with was very quick and efficient as well. We will be back to work with this crew in the future. More

Peoria Subaru sells new cars: that really says all that one needs to say. My first encounter with the dealership was with a guy (Henry Ajiboye) who couldn't tell me whether the car I was looking at was new one needs to say. My first encounter with the dealership was with a guy (Henry Ajiboye) who couldn't tell me whether the car I was looking at was new or used. Seriously. 45 seconds into the demo he started criticizing other dealers in town rather than telling me about the car I was interested in buying. After trying to get assistance from an Assistant Sales Manager (Chris Donevski), who handed me a print-out of the MSRP (which I already knew) and then walked away, I finally just walked out. Joey Amar, Alan Nestor, and Bob Shotwell are listed as people I have "worked with" at the dealership. I have no idea who those people are After corresponding with the Sales Manager (Anthony Bejar), who passed me off to Spencer Roe, I was finally able to get straight answers to my questions and will be accepting delivery of a new Crosstrek this afternoon. I bought a car here through their "Buy From Home" program: which seems to be just getting off the ground. The primary reason I bought at Moore was because the dealership is about 6 blocks from where I live. I can only hope that they live up to some of their claims. Even though I had already bought the car, my biggest complaint turned out to be getting a call from the "Finance Manager" trying get me to buy an extended warranty--which are a total scam. I tried to politely tell him I'm "not interested" but finally to insist that he was wasting his breath. More
