Great customer experience. Jose took my unscheduled phone call (initially taken by Tania) and what I thought would be a 5 minute conversion became 25 minutes. I had to He is knowledgeable, friendly, and finds solutions! I went into Audi Ontario because my older (over 7 year old) Q5 had a radiator issue. I had to have it towed. After hearing what my repair costs would be, I decided to venture over to the new car section just to take a look. I ended up buying a Q6 all electric. It is simply beautiful. I spent $2000 less out of pocket than I would have making the repairs. I now have a new car, with all the bells and whistles. My payment is just about the same as it had been with the Q5. I also had them put the maintenance package and the tire package. This was a delightful experience. Thank you Shawn for your hard work! More
