We went to Toyota to trade in our vehicles for a Highlander Hybrid. Fawad and Eric Mamede, the Sales Manager, were both a pleasure to work with and a fair deal was made. Fawad was terrific in keeping in touch with us to let us know when the registration was ready and gave a full demo/answered all our questions patiently regarding Google Play, features we were not familiar with, etc. We would definitely work with him again! Purchased a new Toyota Hylander hybrid and I am very impressed with it. The service I received at Imperial Toyota was excellent. They called me as soon as my vehicle arrived and they took care of the ne impressed with it. The service I received at Imperial Toyota was excellent. Fawad was our sales person who also took the time to teach me how to operate a lot of the features in the vehicle. More

Jamie is great but he has no pull over the manager and they just are very unfair with their pricing and waste my time to the point that it’s offensive. As a woman I don’t appreciate them holding firm st they just are very unfair with their pricing and waste my time to the point that it’s offensive. As a woman I don’t appreciate them holding firm st a price 6k above MSRP. They really kept me there as long as they possibly could using slimy tactics in previous attempts. I knew Jamie who was good before but the sale manager didn’t budge from the 6k above MSRP because it was still me, a woman. I was there in person with some other slimy sales person that wasn’t Jamie and he made this face like he was doing his best to be kind but really he was being condescending with the long amount of time he wasted with his offensive pricing. At least Jamie didn’t waste my time. Don’t buy from Imperial especially if you’re a woman because they will take all your time and never even come close to a fair price. Fawad Rezayee Was the condescending sales guy. More
